Advanced training: Summer break from
July 4 until August 30.
PET_3 and PET_4: Both project ensembles PET_3 and PET_4 are just waiting for the beginning of their rehearsals and will continue sweating and working on their ideas throughout the summer in the Mousonturm studios. The results of this intense and hot work phase can then be admired at the double premiere on September 17 - save the date!
TanzSprint: The enormous success of last year’s event motivated the MaZTPs to continue the summer workshop series TanzSprint. This year, TanzSprint will take place from July 13 to 19, 2009 in the studios of the dance department of the HfDMK. Idea, concept and realization of TanzSprint09 are completely in the hands of the MaZTPs. The workshops offered are open to dance enthusiasts of all levels as well as professionals.
For one week, participants have the chance to take courses in contemporary dance technique, Pilates, release technique, contemporary ballet, improvisation/ composition as well as classes for the hearing-impaired and the hearing to get an impression of different styles, techniques and their approaches.
This is the last time that this group of MaZTP students will organize a TanzSprint. The first group to graduate from the masters programme will finish their studies this fall. In October 2009, a new group will enroll in the master’s program of the HfMDK.
